It is our policy to collect $100.00 deposit for each room to cover incidentals. We keep all guest information and with the irregular information you have provided in this review it should be very easy to locate your folio. I have reviewed all reservation checking in on Tuesday in our system and no where can we find a $12.50 charge for a room deposit on a folio.
